Social Media Management
Social Media That Helps Grow Your Business — Without Taking Over Your Life
You KNOW showing up matters.
You KNOW social media can bring in clients.
Buuuuut, you also know you have 14 other things that need your attention today, and at least 9 of them actually pay you.
So content keeps getting pushed to the bottom of your to-do list. I get it.

You've got enough on your plate.
You don’t have the time (or desire, let’s be honest) to be the person who’s responsible for: planning the content, writing the captions, choosing the visuals, tracking what’s working, keeping up with the trends, and somehow doing it all while… keeping your business running & your clients served. (WHEW) 😮💨
Between...
-
Client work ❤️
-
Admin stuff ✍️
-
Team meetings 📆
-
Putting out fires 🔥
-
Emails and more emails 👩💻
-
Trying to remember to eat real food 😅
… Social media keeps sliding to the bottom of your to-do list.
You obviously care, it’s just not your top priority.
So your content sits there… half planned, not posted.

And if you DO find time to post, it goes a little like:
-
A rushed update because you feel bad for being MIA
-
An “educational post” you don’t even like but felt better than posting nothing
-
A random photo dump because it was all you had
-
A sales post that screams “buy my stuff!!!”

then you blink and it’s been ten days
and you’re back to feeling behind.
That ends here.
My social media management is for the business owner who wants to stay visible, build trust with potential clients, and generate more inquiries—without having to do it all themselves.

This is what it looks like when your content actually does its job:
-
potential clients landing on your profile and immediately understanding what you do and who your work is for
-
referrals creeping your page and thinking, “ohhh okay, this makes sense”
-
sales calls that feel lighter because they’ve already been consuming your content (and are pre-sold on you)
-
DMs that aren’t completely cold 🥶

"Cool. What actually happens when I hire you?"
The Social Media Management Process
Step One:
We officially meet (via: the internet)
You tell me what’s going on in your business, what you want Instagram to do, and I interrogate you (in a nice way) so that I’m 100% certain this process is gonna work out for the both of us. 💃
Then after the call, I send you 3 package options with my recommendation on what makes sense for you.
If everything looks good on your end, you sign the contract, pay the onboarding invoice, and we’re locked & loaded babyyy.
Step Two:
We build and draft.
Next, we build the foundation. (AKA your custom Instagram Strategy)
We map out things like:
-What we’re saying
-What we’re NOT saying
-What we can try that you haven’t before
-Who the content is for
-Your main goals for your content
And send it off for you to go “ooooh- aaahhh- amazing!” (Hopefully)
And if we need some tweaks to match your preferences, I make them!
In phase two, we’ll also tighten-up your account so when someone lands on your profile, they’re not confused, and make sure the technical-things are set-up properly.
This means:
-Cleaning up your bio
-Reworking pinned posts to act as mini sales associates
-Restructuring your highlights so they’re conversion machines
-Making sure we’re checking all the right “metaphorical boxes” for the IG Gods.
Step Three:
Content planning & execution.
Then phase 3 ensues.
I use your strategy to build your first two weeks of content. The captions get written, videos are created and designs get finalized.
-
You review it.
-
You tell me what we need to tweak if anything feels off.
-
I fix it.
-
You approve it.
-
It’s scheduled!
Nothing goes live without your green light, not ‘round here partner… not round here.
Step Four:
Rinse & repeat.
The new monthly-routine begins.
Once we’re rolling, your monthly responsibilities are pretty chill. At least a lot more chill than when you were doing this thing by yourself.
You film for about 1–2 hours total per month. I tell you exactly what to record so you’re not staring at your phone like, “but what do I say???”
We do a monthly check-in to look at what’s working, what’s shifting, and what we’re adjusting.
That’s it.
And best of all: You are no longer responsible for being the entire marketing department!!!
You’re only responsible for providing context, stories, updates, opinions, and your face. 😘
I handle the strategy, writing, editing, planning, posting, tweaking, and making sure your Instagram does not feel like the second full-time job you never applied for. It’s as easy as that!
Sound good? 😏
